Victoria Falls
My impressions
Surrounded by protected parks filled with leisure seekers hunting for game with their cameras, the Zambezi cascades over the falls, sending a wall of mist rising from the basin like a phoenix reborn—standing tall as skyscrapers, expansive as boulevards, blinding and deafening, enveloping all who venture into its reach. On the Dark Continent, Mother Nature reigns as the supreme provider, offering her gifts with measure and balance. On safaris, it’s best to refrain from expectations, as they invite disappointment; instead, click the shutter with pleasant surprise as Mother Nature bestow her gifts. Allow at least five days to immerse yourself in the sights and sounds, the thunder and the fury.
